We require placing your order at least 48 hours in advance. For larger events, please contact us as early as possible.

Absolutely! We can accommodate dietary restrictions. We are gluten-friendly, vegetarian, nut-friendly, and more. Please inform us of any allergies or preferences when placing your order. If you are allergic, we cannot promise that your order is free of the allergens. There is a possibly for cross-contamination as everything is made in the same kitchen but we will try our best!

Yes, we offer themed and seasonal boards for holidays, celebrations, or special occasions. Let us know your theme, and we’ll bring it to life!

Yes, we cater for events such as weddings, corporate gatherings, birthdays, and more. Contact us to discuss your event details and receive a custom quote.

Keep the board refrigerated until about 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to come to room temperature.

For food safety, we recommend leaving the board out for no more than 3-4 hours. After that, perishable items should be refrigerated.

Yes! We offer pick-up and delivery. We will contact you for your preferred delivery method. Unfortunately at this time, we don’t offer shipping.

For custom orders, we require a deposit. The remainder is due one week before order pick-up. All other orders are due at the time of ordering.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, or Paypal. Payment is required upon order confirmation.

Due to using perishable items, we are unable to cancel any orders. We cannot provide refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
